Here's a pretty ad from 1979 of Royal Douton china.  My grandmother collected the 'Pretty Ladies', and I got a few when she passed away.

And here's a different kind of decor!  HAH!

My grandmother has a few of the Royal Doulton figurines, too.

I can't remember which relative it is, but someone has lots of the "nice" dishes in that Old Country Roses pattern.

I kind of like those shoes. I like the socks even more!

If those shoes were in pretty much any other colors, I'd be wearing them right now!

I've always thought the Royal Doulton's Old Country Roses pattern was beautiful. Moss Rose and Memory Lane aren't too shabby, either. :)

The second ad is proof that someone shouldn't take acid before they get dressed.

i want the moss rose and old country roses patterns. :)

i have two different bone china cup-and-saucer sets with roses on them, and a sugar and creamer that are bone china with roses and the bases of them are sterling silver. very pretty things, and i made a point to USE them.
