from what i can find, the building no longer exists.....google map for that address and there is no east sunnyside....

Edited to correct the map link! i had too many tabs open with too many google maps! i got 'em confused! :P

Your google map link points to an address in Akron.

1920 W. Sunnyside (you're right, there is no 1920 E. Sunnyside, or East Sunnyside at all; that would be in the lake) is in a mixed residential/light industrial area right next to the tracks. without driving there, I'd guess it was a small office/manufacturing building in 1960 ("Founded in 1916." Our 44th year!") and now is a loft conversion.
