MODERATOR: I don't suppose we could have a set of filters so that the story you're doing could be skipped by those not interested in receiving them? If not, it may force me to have to quit the comm to avoid the story.

I'm into the ads; I could care less about a story with Hall & Oates and ads.

i can't filter the community for users.....if i can, i am totally unaware of that....i know that lj users can filter their friends list in certain ways.....if you are unable to skip the subject line 'story' one day per week, then i am sorry.....we have a contest starting tomorrow too, the theme is jewelry.....for people who don't like, i suppose they will just skip the entries with 'contest' in the subject line....much like movie theme day or other fun days we have.....

i'm not trying to be snarky, but there are ads and things i am sure many people don't want to see and they just skip them.....even if i could filter the community, i would not do so for one person.....
