I know what you mean by feeling old. My friend's son was born in '88 and I remember seeing this set in an ad and really wishing I could afford to get it for them. She was a single mom with a deadbeat "baby daddy" so nearly everything was hand-me-downs and garage sale buys. Now that "baby" is married and has two babies of his own! He's way too young for that, in my opinion (not that anyone asked me) but at least he's there for his kids and is trying to be a good dad.

This was about the same time as Muppet Babies, too. I lost a lot of my collectible stuff through various moves over the years, but I still have a Baby Miss Piggy and a Baby Fozzie plush toys. They were in mint condition, too, until my son tore the tags off. That was their fate. Toys are meant to be played with by children not locked in a closet. I know that because I have seen all the Toy Story movies about a million times each! :)
