They were pretty much the only place open after 2 a.m. until the Jack in the Box and the Cook Out opened up the street. I'm glad I don't work those hours anymore. It's really bad for your waistline!

Steak and Shake restaurants are currently located in; Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
