Cool. We didn't have cable or a satellite dish in the 80s/early 90s, so I missed out on the USA Network's Cartoon Express. I wish they still aired it.

The second one looks so old. It has a space shuttle in it!

It's hard to believe targeting 900 numbers at children could have ever been legal. Now kids can use the Internet where they can get exploited for free.
