I WANT THIS PHONE.

I miss dial phones.

The Vermont Country Store sells them, actually! But they're push-button and not rotary-dial. I'm considering ordering a pink one for myself. :)

They had to be! We once made a batch of these phones withuout the weight base in them and they'd move all over the table when you tried to twist the dial! I can't even begin to tell you the story of us flying around 1000s of pounds of Princess phone bases around the country! What a circus.

I JUST bought a pink one of these off of a faux-vintage site. For some reason, they did not remake it with the light-up dial. Strange, since it would have been easy to do. Still, I love it!

I have to agree that is one classy phone. Beautifl and elegant.

I have wanted a pink one--an original--for a few years now. They're so expensive on ebay. Love, love, love the princess phone.

I dunno why, but I love old rotary phones. I do have one of the old black rotary ones at home, but, yeah, I'd love to have one of the old rotary princess ones as well.

Princess phones are awesome! Every teenage girl in the movies in the '50s and '60s was always shown yakking on one. ;)

They're adorable! However I'm not going to go back to rotary dial phones because I am a lazy bastard.

I adore the design of princess phones. They're one of the ultimate 50's style icons.

Great ad! I have a thing for old rotary phones. I have an original pink princess phone (it still lights up!). The phone in the icon is mine, and I have several other rotaries too. They have come in handy in situations when my regular cordless phones don't work. Plus I think they just look cool. :-)

My sister had the blue one in her bedroom. She knew when I sneaked in and used it, because I always fiddled with the headset cord and got it all snarled up. :/

For some reason, I really find the clunky old bakelite phones attractive.

I still have the little Princess Phone on a key chain that I got at a mall in Arizona. I was around 5 or 6 at the time, and it's just the color of the phone in the ad. On the bottom it says, "It's little, it's lovely, it lights!" and so I always remembered that slogan. It was just the right size for my Francie doll (Barbie's friend) to use for her phone in the cardboard box house I made for her. Hard to believe this little keychain phone is abour 44 yrs. old now...

I had the blue rotary one, got it put in my bedroom when I was in junior high.
