I think it is telling you its cheap to build your own home with Arkansas soft pine. No longer having to rent, or move around.

Am I the only person who finds this creepy? It's probably because I was trying to find an old message board post about utburds earlier, and . . . yeah, might want to wait until it's light out to Google that.
