At first, I thought, "weird-looking pumpkin!" But it's a cheese ball! Kind of clever, but a bit creepy. Seriously, that thing looks like it's that woman's date and it really wants that beer!

How funny! I would have thought it'd be something like... I dunno, expensive cuts of meat (they'd have a cooler or something of course), or other luxury groceries.

I know baby formula is a big one and in some places they keep it behind the counter like Sudafed or whatever it is they put in meth. Alcohol also makes sense. Of course, the most overpriced thing in any store is the bottled water, but I guess there's not a big black market for that.

Meat theft is a big deal in my neighborhood; at one Fine Fare supermarket on Avenue C, they make you check your bags.
