They have always been the supplier for Hot Dog Charlie's. If you ever find yourself passing through the Albany, NY area, you have to get yourself a stack of these!

I lived in Albany for 28 years, and the place (they have their own store across the river in Troy) is legendary. How sad to move to a state where no one's ever heard of a Helmbold's.

Well... I live in S.E. Wisconsin, so we're not exactly suffering. Usingers, Klements, Johnsonville, and that's just the top three. More little "gourmet" sausage-makers than you could dream of!
