Yes because I still can't figure out exactly what it is. At first I thought it was some sort of Marcelling tool, but apparently it's supposed to encourage hair growth somehow.

It seems to be conditioner, shampoo, then a styling product or leave-in conditioner. They are using "drill" to mean a routine, not an appliance. :)
