When I was a junior in high school, I took this ad in to the woman that cut my hair and asked her cut my hair like this. She cut my bangs way too short and it looked horrible. When I got home and was trying to style it, I was so pissed off that I threw a tantrum of epic proportions. I jumped up and down on my bedroom floor so hard that I knocked a couple of the crystals off of the crystal chandelier in the dining room below and I banged my hairbrush on the edge of my solid maple dresser so hard it left marks which are still there. I was about 16 (1985) at the time. I'm not proud of my horrible behavior needless to say.
It DID smell good, and it was really thick, like a gel. Now I feel compelled to find the picture of me, in profile, with this haircut. Its a band picture too. Yeah, I was a band nerd.
