Vaqueiro is a very popular brand of margarine here in Portugal, used mainly for cooking. I translated the ad in a comment below - it's a rushed translation, but I hope it helps.

For those who don't know Portuguese, here's what the text says:

Only with Vaqueiro will "grandma's hake" be cooked just right!

The hake already is a tasty fish, but with Vaqueiro then... it's delicious!

Mrs. Maria Angelina Pereira Martins, from Viana do Castelo, has a special skill when it comes to cooking. One of her rules, for instance, is to use Vaqueiro margarine in every recipe which, like "grandma's hake", will be delicious!

If you wish to learn this recipe, or any other, go to the Culinary Institute of Vaqueiro Margarine - 2473 - Lisbon

Vaqueiro makes everything tastier

Oh, Portuguese! I thought, wow, my Spanish has gotten bad! I could tell this had something to do with fish. I wish I could get hake around here.

Love Sra. Martins' glasses!

Yeah, sometimes the Romance languages can cause a bit of confusion when people are unfamiliar. Hake is probably one of the types of fish most often used in Portuguese cooking, from fish fingers to... well, this.

Thank you!

I'll skip the fish but I want some of those little potatoes.

And I love her glasses too.

No problem.

I've never been much of a fan of baked hake, but I'll never say no to those potatoes.

I dunno. "Cowboy Margarine" sounds like an Urban Dictionary entry.
