Apparently, these were in UK papers VIZ, a UK adult humor mag - and pulled the next day due to their innuendo.

I can't imagine they were printed anywhere other than in VIZ, certainly not in the papers. The bottom one looks like it was drawn by VIZ.

The thing about VIZ is that not only is its sense of humour rather juvenile (sometimes just a bit funny, though, honest) but it also has a tradition of printing fake advertisements, like for collector's edition replicas of the Queen's teeth and that sort of thing. It's sometimes hard to tell the real ads from the fake ones, and making people do a double take and read it again and again to figure out if it's real is one of the ways in which some of the ads try to attract the reader's eye.

It is more or less the UK version of MAD, but from what I can remember of MAD, there's far less sexual innuendo in MAD. But yeah, it's along the same lines, but with more tits.
