By the way, in 1976 the Federal Trade Commission ruled that Warner-Lambert (the successor to Lambert Pharmacal) had not only to stop claiming that Listerine would prevent colds or make them less severe, but to announce in the next $10.2 million worth of advertising that the claims that had been made were not true.
