This must be from Playboy or something. I never thought normal publications and ads reflected a sexual society at all back then. In fact, I assumed it would be the opposite. All efficiency and stuff. More housewifery, less distractions like sexual responsibilities and stuff.
It is probably from an adult publication, but not necessarily; you look at enough older ads, even from eras we think of as pretty repressive, and you realize just how hung-up we are today...
