I detest Tampax -- they are shaped as as square with a string through the middle, and I've never met a woman shaped that way.

Back in the '70s, they were my primary tampon choice and they bypassed regularly. Once someone designed a kind of opening flower design, I was able to use a tampon safely.

And the last time I checked, Tampax was still square cotton on a string.
