Yeah it looks like the perspective is a bit off, like he should be just a tad bit further away with whatever he's holding or drop the two figures in the center completely.

There's a space between him and her that looks like a cloud to suggest she's hallucinating. At first I thought her butler broke into her bathroom to hand her a couple of dollies.

I bet he's creating a sculpture of Lady Godiva, who for some reason is not naked but only topless, and he's apparently backed up the Lady's horse into his model's breasts (she's riding sidesaddle, so I assume that thing she's sitting on is a horse). What an odd composition, though!
