Since there seems to be a lot of ads about personal hygiene being posted lately, I thought I'd add this to the conversation:




(Thinking about it, this is a pretty nasty ad - when you consider how many returning soldiers there must have been worrying about wives and girlfriends at home.)

It's weird to me, they kind of look like Australian soldiers but they are using the term "pal" ... which is pretty wrong for the Pinnacle Of Mateship period.

I was confused too -- I hadn't noticed where it was from until after I read it, but I thought the dialogue sounded very American despite having the prices in shillings/pence.
