Since when is it "Etiquette" to wear a low slung breast revealing dress? There's no real secret to why she's popular all of a sudden.

PS The only picture I have ever seen of Elsa Maxwell is of a 1000 lb woman dressed in a black mumu chowing down on a hot dog at some Washington politician's party.
