Hey, I think I saw that in an Avon catalogue a year or two ago. Same design and everything - but not packaged with Kotex, natch.

Ah, proof of "the belt". My mom tried to explain that thing to me once. I think I'll offer a moment of thanks to be living in the age of adhesive strips.

I've seen bracelets like that since, too, but they didn't have the interchangeable pearls. It's always possible for something cheap to get cheaper.-

Oh, yes!! Invention of the self adhesive pad ranks right up there with air-conditioning and microwaves as one of the great inventions of all time. I remember gleefully burning my belts in a ceremonial fire. (Well, we didn't have garbage pickup so we burned all of our trash, but I did enjoy burning the belts.)

Ah yes, I'm glad I never had to hassle with the belt thing.

Cool bracelet! I also remember The Belt. I much prefer the self adhesive pads.

I'd go for that bracelet!

Belts though? I'm so glad they went the way of suspenders. Women back then must have been so uncomfortable in all their undergarments.
