My grandma made the best Rice Krispies treats. I remember visiting her when I was a kid (this would have been in the 70s) & she would make them, only she'd drizzle a thick layer of melted chocolate over the pan before cutting them. YUM.

a friend's mother back in the day (mid eighties) would put a layer of peanut butter, then drizzle chocolate. those were the best.
