so, wait, let me absorb this. they take a cut of meat. they remove the fat. the fat is rendered into lard. they grind the meat into hamburger. then they take the hamburger, and, using the lard, create a sort of meat play-doh that they mold back into the shape of... a cut of meat. this is some kind of existentialist satire, isn't it?
