actually had it the first time when I was visiting the Yucatan in Mexico when I was oh, 12 (early 80's). it was the one of the things I could drink after getting montezuma's revenge.
I grew up on this stuff in Buffalo..especially at the bowling alleys. Loved it's grapefruit flavor. I hadn't had it in nearly 20 years but an importer brings it to Australia so I bought a six pack and - yuck! - WHAT did they DO to it? I'll stick with Pompelmo, thanks.
