Very cool! Television airtime must have been very inexpensive then. I mean, 1 minute commercials with ABBA singing most of the time. Groovy National record players and tape decks! I want one! if it's good enough for ABBA it's good enough for me ;)

BTW, these commercials warmed my heart. I had never heard of ABBA until about 1980, when I met a gay person.

I love the (Now) Gehtto-fab walkie-talkies and radios.
Also, when that guy is by the white piano with the radio, The room they're in looks so similar to an IKEA room featured in their catologue

This is a set of 5 British commercials for National, a small appliance company, that were done by the Europop group Abba. In all of them, they sing a jingle for National to the tune of “Fernando.” Since I never liked that song, I think this is an improvement. And there’s something so natural about Abba doing commercials somehow.
