i did too - he had some sort of lever on the back to make his head move, if i remember correctly. i didnt realize how scary he was...

Yes! They did have levers. Did you remember the other ones? I had the McDonald playland with this train and it had all the characters. I distinctly remember Mayor McCheese being my favorite because his head was too heavy and when you moved the lever, he wobbled like he was drunk. LOL
