That looks like an incredibly uncomfortable way to sit and type. Your arms would get all cramped up and you'd get a print of the handle of the carry-case in your bum.

I love Smith-Corona. I have a gorgeous SCM manual with pretty similar styling to the electrics here, and sometimes I lug it down to the cafe to write just for the weird looks (it also can help if I'm getting trapped in a self-editing death spiral, since it sort of forces linearity).
