Oh, I thought Creator Of The Hanging Woman was the name of it...

Having said that, the movie title doesnt help either. What is this?

I believe it's this Spanish film (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0069046/), which had a bunch of different titles when it made the rounds in the grindhouses in the U.S. "The Hanging Woman" seems to be the title it's best known by. Though I prefer "Dr. Drakenstein" myself.
