I was surprised how much of the ad content is actually true. Too bad the line has long since been sold to a succession of conglomerates ("Made By Vicks Chemical Company" is not a slogan likely to sell perfume...). The only one I'd ever heard of was Wind Song. They had those cheesy ads on TV in the 80's. It's still on the market.
(Lawyer) "Well, now I think it's time to open up a can of Machiavelli on his ass..." (Ditzy secretary) "Hell-O, Einstein...it's MATCHABELLI...and it doesn't come in a can.."
