They were making these exact same teenager designs well into the 1980s, believe it or not! My mother used to decorate and sell cakes as a sideline and I used to pick up decorating supplies for her now and then, and I remember seeing those.

Yeah, I got the "teenage boy" one on a cake one time in the mid-'80s. Up until a few years ago I still had it somewhere. I might have to look for it.

I got something like this too. It had "Coke" bottles and record players and girls on the phone. I think they are in a box somewhere as I seem to have kept waaaay too many things from my youth. You know, now that I have to store them as they are no longer in my parent's attic.

My mom had the telephone teenager cake topper on one of her birthday cakes back in the early seventies. My grandma still has it! I recognized it instantly. :)
