Marmoleum, a soy derived product, I'm told, is the new (old)( hot flooring alternative in PDX. I love this picture, though. I hated the feeling of those floors though: My childhood basement was floored in that stuff, and it always felt cold and dirty.
This. I hated the feel of it, too. I did have to give Marmoleum credit for two things: One, the way they really have the whole 'vintage' thing down pat. Two, the tech support they provide to interior designers like myself, who really need to know how well their product will hold up. It's not something I'd buy, but it's become a lot more popular than I ever thought it would.
As for the ad: "Years and years of ballet lessons PISSED AWAY!" LOL!
How can you say those lessons have been pissed away? Look at the cool key lime green outfit, the apron tutu...the stylish way of holding the push broom. Do you think Donna Reed could top that? I don't think so...
