Kraft still makes something like this, including the reusable glass packaging. We used these for juice glasses when I as growing up. My mom used to mix Kraft Old English cheese spread (http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/Products/ProductInfoDisplay.htm?SiteId=1&Product=2100061250) with canned crab, spread it on English muffins, and grill it for a fancy luncheon dish. It's actually quite delicious.
