In the '80's I used Knox gelatine for outrageous gravity defying lift for my ridiculous hairdos like mohawks and etc. Just add water and apply to hair with a spray bottle and blow dry to the sky! Thank God I never went to the movies like that...

My grandma used to drink Knox for her nails. It might have worked better if she wore gloves for her fanatic dishwashing, though. Her nails were always peeling.
