thanks! it is rather confusing and i read all the FAQs i could find first before promoting, then when i had the issue promoting i reread them--that's i opened a support ticket....now the rating issue? i have no clue....ultimately though i feel that something i did is responsible for this and i am the 'captain' so to speak, so i have to take responsibility....i am a clueless captain when it comes to how/why our ratings changed but i have faith when the lj staff comes back from their breaks they will help us out!!
