vintageadshey now! i am aware of what day it is! posting this now before i forget...starting TOMORROW thru sunday our weekend event is CAKE AND ICE CREAM ads!! no, cake and ice cream DO NOT have to be in an ad together, you can post separate cake and ice cream ads though of course bonus points if you post an ad with both cake and ice cream in it together (uh, we don't keep a tally of points...)....
also, let's accept votes for our cartoon ads finalists for a couple more days, i'll tally votes and post the winner saturday...vote for finalists on this this entry here....
and....i know i had said gay equality day would be at the end of this week, but my Muffyne Man--my 18 year old kitty--passed away saturday and it was sort of unexpected...i mean, i know he was 18, but it really wasn't a gradual decline, so i've been rather lost this past week and have been a bad mod and not read any of my bookmarked articles, researched, etc but i will do so this weekend and we'll have it at the end of NEXT WEEK... i'll figure out the day over the weekend....i'm going to the dr. today cuz i think i might have gotten some nasty pneumonia bug going around----it's SEPTEMBER! i hope this isn't a harbinger of winter illnesses! UGH!! anyway, that's been my week and i hope every one has had a better week than i! a friend made me a lovely memorial photo of Muffyne that i posted on my DW.....
