This is, IMHO, and I have worked in advertising, the single greatest ad for a motel ever designed. It really captures what it was like for families in the fifties and sixties to stay at a motel. It was an adventure; especially the swimming pool!

NOTE: When Colin Powell was a young officer traveling the country, Holiday Inns were the only motels that would let him in. Sad for our country at the time, but I have always appreciated Holiday Inns since hearing this.
