That address is actually 526 Superior Ave in downtown Cleveland. The building was bought in 2014 by a group that's bought other historic properties in Cleveland. They want to make residences on the upper floors--available to rent, right about now, and get it on the National Historic Register.
I remember peaking in the doors once years ago and seeing this.
