I remember these vividly! So many people in my neighborhood had them in the 80s. They were expensive, and slowly became less useful as the decade passed because more and more programmers started encrypting the signals.

Even though they're mostly useless these days I *still* sometimes see them, long abandoned, falling apart and disconnected, in suburban backyards.

Today's Youtube offering is for a product called Sodaburst. Not a lot is known about this.. interesting product. But I really really do love the concept. Just add water! Then, Ice Cream! Soda! and Fizz magically appear! Sort of sold on the concept. Wonder why it went away...
