Cool! I don't think there is a sit down Pizza Hut where Iive anymore.

There was one nearby which I used to go to often with my friends in the late 90s.

It closed and it's now a Cuban sandwich place. Given that there are other pizza huts nearby, it was overall a net gain. :)

A Cuban sandwich shop sounds amazing!! The ones near me have become a Chinese restaurant, a Nando's (which was severely renovated) and the world's worst vegetarian Indian buffet :-) It seems Pizza Hut is all about pick up and delivery these days here.

It's weird to think how Pizza Hut wasn't really fast food back in the day. I feel like such an old lady when I say "I remember when they had waiters at Pizza Hut!" (though I've heard, supposedly, some like that still exist...). There were 2 I used to go to - one became a sports bar, the other a used car lot.

It seems like those signature buildings aren't really a thing with fast food any more, either. I love it when the old ones get converted into other things. Up the road from the Pizza Hut car dealership there was a McDonald's that became a gay club.

Does that décor bring back memories.

We still have quite a few Pizza Hut's here.

Yup, that photo is like yesterday!

The first one still has those pizza slice shaped windows. Nice Google car selfie in that one, too. Love the simple, local ad, too. Yes!
