I'm pretty sure that lady was not the most wanted woman.

Depends which list...

WANTED for crimes against nature: Peroxide Ida, aka Cilla Cone, aka Irma La Dose.

It certainly does.

She looks like they spliced a busty woman's upper torso with a skinny boy's stomach, hips and legs. o_o

So I see that Frederick's was just as tacky back then as it is today.

Oh yeah...

Frederick's has been around at least since the 60s.

Back in the 70s, a bunch of us goils used to sit around the lunch table and read my friend Letitia's Frederick's catalog that she brought to school. The Christmas catalog had "Jingle Balls," and I remember there were items that had "Tear-away tabs…to make pleasin' easy!"

We called ourselves the "Fred's Girls," because we otherwise didn't fit into any clique in school—and just as well.

I used to babysit for the town pump back in the '60's and she had a whole bunch of these catalogs. No wonder she was so popular.
