It looks pretty, and it's green. Do the cocktails using it taste good? I recall that Midori is really, really sweet ...

It is sweet.
I use it to garnish cocktails more than just drink it strait. A splash will do y'ah..

That would work! Or it might be attractive as a layer in one of those pousse-cafés, not that I've ever made one.
