I own one of these. I picked it up at a garage sale some 10 years ago, or so.

It was still working when I got it picking up VHF as well as UHF signals with ease.

Just for fun I found an old cord that allowed me to plug into my DVD player on one end, and the antenna terminals on the other and watched 2001: A Space Odyssey on the teeniest screen ever.

Very cool - I am envious! I would have loved one of these when I was growing up. I would have been the most popular kid in school.
