I can remember being at a Sci Fic convention and someone was selling dollar bills with various SW photos placed over Washington and selling them for $5. Not bad profit margin...

My grandmother once gave me a "Santa" dollar. As I got older, I realized someone had just glued an image of Santa over George Washington's face.
