Count me in as another Robin Hood fan. It was my first introduction to the story, and I just adored it.
Alice is, of course, wonderful as well. But RH had a serious impact on my life, as it was the first thing I'd seen or read on the legend I now adore, when I was still losing my baby teeth.
Never liked Alice. I thought it dragged and I got bored with her whining about how nothing made sense. STFU, it's a dream, deal with it.
I adored Robin Hood, though. The old owl couple always made me sad, especially when everything was all dismal and the wife was feeding her husband. Sniff.
It dragged b/c Disney combined the two books. I don't think I like the Alice character as much as I'm jelous of her adventures and the lovable people she meets.
Maybe it makes a difference when you first see them. The Disney Robin Hood is not my favorite anything, but I won't rip on it here. Disney's Alice is interesting in some ways, though as an adaptation, it's an early hint of how far they'd go in hoking up the source material. I waited years to see it, and during those years I gradually decided I preferred the original book -- but my interest in it stems from my interest in the Disney movie. Go figure.
Funny coincidence: While I was sitting in the dentist's chair for a half hour today, I was listening to a 1951 Lux Radio Theater version of Disney's Alice, with most of the original cast and the songs. I even thought of this group, because there was a commercial break where they talked to Adrianna Caselotti, the voice of Snow White, and she sang a snippet of one of the songs from her great starring role with a Lux plug in the lyrics. (The show is available at archive.org, but not today. They're just grinding and getting nowhere, so I can't even give a link. Sorry.)

Ah, but I must beg to differ. The Disney one was wonderful fun, but Errol Flynn is, to me, the best Robin ever:
