The first ad reminds me that I would LOVE for gloves to come back into style. I want them to be the norm.

I have to admit Edwardian guy is very dapper, although I appreciate the irony of the second ad talking about flares just before the tighties pictured were traded in for first flared and then full blown bell bottoms. I don't know why but I get the impression somebody around here might be a Wentworth Miller fan and I saw this. Thought it might be of interest.

Glove guy in the first ad looks like he's getting ready to kick someone's butt. Perhaps umbrella guy said something disparaging.

To me it looks like glove guy is already wearing gloves on both hands, but is holding a third. I guess it's just the shading and his right hand is still un-gloved.
