The fact that the soldier is sweating heavily and cannot seem to move to swat the mosquito suggests that he is having a paroxysmal attack; since he is keeping one eye closed, he might also have conjugate gaze palsy. These are classic symptoms of malaria, but, damn, he's still sexy.

Hump day hunks. I like it! Let's see what I can dig out of my private reserves.
