I'm reading it right this second and it's... well, the bit I am up to is pretty good, when you consider when it was written. She's telling her male readers about women having variable sex drives at different times, and about how some men don't know how to arouse women, and making statements like this:
"That girls can reach a marriageable age without some knowledge of the realities of sex would seem incredible: but it is a fact... When girls so brought up are married it is rape for the husband to insist on his "marital rights" at once."
My crazy half-uncle gave us a bunch of antique books, including a sex manual from the 1930s/40s. I don't think this was it, but it was very similar and freaking hilarious.
