And as for random... this ad is chock full of it! They started out suggesting they'd convince a girl to buy them over nylons, then change the subject entirely, to that fine, imported tobacco, once a plant only native to this continent. The only obvious image to go along wiht this caption is a goofy looking Navy dude, as mentioned, pre- or post-jerking off to a happy pinup girl in the sun, so much prettier than the disheveled looking dowdy gal who was coveting nylons in that first pic. Then the cigs won friends with Apple "Honey" the next year. It's all so clear now. Or something.
