I'm guessing 1950. It wouldn't be too bad if they took the curtains out and changed the colour scheme.

I'm trying to date the sink, tile & toilet (which match the above, but not in color, gratefully!) in the upstairs of this old house we're renting. I suspect you're right about the date because there's also a totally retro lighting fixture above the sink with little asterisk-stars etched all over it (very 50s) :)
