One of the saddest things was seeing a U.S. soldier talk about having to scour local garbage dumps for material to armor up a vehicle. It depresses me that these people got into this career to defend their country from danger and do something noble, and they were sent right into this B.S. And when they get back Uncle Sam won't even bother to find them a good shrink.
